Service Description

Our post-construction service is completed in structured phases to ensure every stage of the project is properly detailed and move-in ready. Phase 1 – Rough Clean Performed before final installations are completed. • Remove large debris (light materials only) • Sweep floors • Vacuum heavy dust buildup • Remove stickers from windows & surfaces • Basic wipe-down of surfaces • Trash removal (bagged debris only) Phase 2 – Detail Clean Completed after flooring, cabinets, and fixtures are installed. • Remove fine construction dust from all surfaces • Clean inside & outside cabinets and drawers • Clean baseboards, trim & door frames • Detailed cleaning of window sills & tracks • Hand-wipe vents & light fixtures • Clean exterior of appliances • Detailed bathroom & kitchen surface cleaning • Vacuum carpets thoroughly • Sweep & mop hard floors • Remove light paint splatter (surface level only) Final Clean – Move-In Ready Finish The final polish before handoff or inspection. • Clean interior glass & mirrors • Polish fixtures & hardware • Final wipe-down of all reachable surfaces • Detailed floor cleaning (edges & corners) • Spot clean interior walls (light marks only) • Final walkthrough quality check
